TVout

TVout is an Ardunio project which aim is to use a monitor/TV with RCA interface (NTSC, PAL or SECAM)

Resolution is quite low - but real fun.

Just one single phono plug and two resistors and you are up and running :-)

Missing propotypes has been addded by JDN ( new C compilers are very sensitive)

No code has been changed - only adding function prototypes so it can compile (Arduino 1.8.5)
